1952 : Centralisation of Electoral Rolls in Archives. Books registered by the Registrar of Books transferred to Archives from the office of Senior Translator to Government.

What Archives preserves contain papers documenting day today administration of the Government which include routine matters, policy decisions,introduction of schemes and papers and orders on turning points in the politico - social and economic history of the state.Among such numerous archival papers which are sources for describing the turning points in the State's history, certain documents have been selected and published here for public view and reproduced in Boxes.
